Made from organic goat milk, this beautiful rustic farmstead cheese is ripened for a minimum of two months. Its dark natural rind is partially covered with whitish velvety veining and has an earthy smell. Its paste is white, firm, and yet creamy, and offers fresh herbal notes with a caprine finish.
