UNIQUE IN NORTH AMERICA!

The only fresh cheese made from raw milk in North America! Its beautiful white paste melts in your mouth, offering fresh notes of milk that pair with both salty and sweet. Salads, fish or soup is a great fit with it as well as sweet berries or chocolate desserts.

The name Peningouin comes from penny and going, an expression used by the owner of the Seigneurie du Monnoir who was charging a penny to the passers by for the use of the Rang St-Edouard, the road where the fromagerie is located today.
