At the Alary’ we produce authentic farmstead cheeses since 2003. Their first creation was Le Rassembleu. Since then, they created a wide variety of beautiful cheeses, some of which are sold only at their shop.
We produce accordingly to traditional processes using modern technology to meet the highest standards of cheese making.
While on many farms there is some debate as to whether one of the children will take over, in the Alary family, it was more appropriate to see how all the children who wanted to stay on the farm could manage.
Gathered around a round table, the members of the Alary clan exchanged for a while and found in the cheese making, an opportunity to diversify their activities. The result: the creation of original cheeses made from their own herd’s milk.
