Étiquette - Pionnier

Born from the work of two passionnate cheesemakers, this big 40kg wheel is made with an equal blend of raw sheep and cow milk, coming from the cheesemakers own herds.

After ripening for 10 to 12 months, Pionnier exudes complex aromas of butter, brown sugar and macadamia nuts topped with a delicate floral note reminding us of the Beaufort d’alpage.

This cheese, made in very small quantities, is sold in a few selected cheese shops.

Pionnier is offered periodically. It is made by Fromagerie du Presbytère and Nouvelle France.
